Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once Pro access has been granted.

2. Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund if: Pro features were never activated; a technical error prevented access (reported within 7 days); you were charged twice; or an unauthorised payment occurred (reported within 48 hours).

To request: email support@fitforgeapp.com with your Transaction ID and reason.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after Pro access granted.
  • Unused days after cancellation.
  • Requests after 7 days of payment.
  • Account suspended for Terms violations.

4. UPI Refunds

UPI payment refunds are processed back to your original UPI ID within 5–7 business days after verification.
