By using FitForge you agree to these Terms. Please read them before using the service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any feature of FitForge, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Plan	Price	Duration
Monthly	₹49/month	30 days
Annual	₹499/year	365 days

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions grant access to Pro features for the subscribed duration.
Plans do not auto-renew. Renewal requires a new manual payment.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1). See our Refund Policy for refund conditions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app unlawfully; reverse-engineer the code; share subscriptions; upload offensive content; manipulate leaderboards.

5. Health Disclaimer

FitForge is a tracking tool, NOT a medical device. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or diet programme. We are not responsible for injury or health outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FitForge are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in India.
